WWE Diva Paige had some harsh criticisms for NXT Diva Charlotte, who is WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair's daughter, and she then seemed to call her out on Twitter.

It all began when Paige spoke with International Business Times and was asked about the NXT Divas and the possibility of Charlotte being called up soon.

"She's good. She's still new, so I feel like at one point people want to see her, but they're kind of rushing it," Paige told the publication about Charlotte. "I think she could do with some more time, but I still think Sasha Banks is the one that I personally want to come up and who I think is completely ready and the full package, boxed up and ready to go. I feel like she'd be absolutely perfect up here. Charlotte is good, but [needs] some more time."

While Paige did give her some compliments before her honest assessment, Charlotte has yet to respond aside from favoriting some messages from fans on Twitter.

"The reason @RealPaigeWWE doesnt want @MsCharlotteWWE coming up to the main roster before sasha is because charlotte is a bigger threat," one user wrote.

Tweeted another user: "@RealPaigeWWE has been talking smack huh? Well, Do it with #Flair shut her down. #RunIn #FastLane #DivasTitle."

Paige, who lost her Divas Championship shot against Nikki Bella Sunday night at Fastlane in Memphis, then took to Twitter and seemed to acknowledge Charlotte favoriting the tweets in a pretty critical post:

The two-time Divas Champion also talked about people jumping to conclusions:

It remains to be seen what will happen, but it is likely that Charlotte will be called up to the main roster soon after she dropped the NXT Women's Championship to Banks earlier this month.

There is the possibility of this being a work to build up to a feud between the two, but it seems unlikely since it all started with comments from Paige in a random interview with a publication that had nothing to do with the WWE.
