For the second time it's official -- Roman Reigns is going to WrestleMania 31.

The Fastlane main event was a great back-and-forth encounter that saw Reigns defeat Daniel Bryan by reversing the running knee into the spear. He will now face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Levi's Stadium on March 29.

The two competitors shook hands after the match and the show ended with Reigns celebrating.

Also on the show, Sting made just his third appearance on WWE television and went face-to-face with Triple H.

"The Game" told him if he just walked away, he'd make sure his legacy lives on with the WWE Network and a Hall of Fame induction, or he could get beaten down and Triple H will take what's left of his legacy away.

Triple H then tried to cheap shot "The Vigilante," but Sting got the upper-hand. Triple H then got his shots in and stood over him. Triple H grabbed a sledgehammer, but Sting pulled out his bat. Sting then pointed to the WrestleMania 31 sign hanging in the arena with the bat

Triple H tried to sneak up on him from behind, but "The Vigilante" caught him with the bat and hit a Scorpion Death Drop to end the segment. The match was later confirmed for WrestleMania 31.

Bray Wyatt made his intentions for WrestleMania known on the show, coming out in a casket with druids and calling out the Undertaker for a match at the "Show of Shows."

Randy Orton also made his long awaited return to the WWE at Fastlane.

After Seth Rollins, Kane and Big Show defeated Dolph Ziggler, Erick Rowan and Ryback in a six-man tag team bout in the opening match, the heels began to beat down the faces.

"The Viper" came back and made the save, clearing the ring of the heels while Rollins escaped through the crowd.

The heel team won the match after Big Show hit the Knockout Punch on Ziggler from the outside, allowing Kane to get the pin.

In two major title matches, Rusev retained his United States Championship against John Cena while Bad News Barrett was also successful in his defense of the Intercontinental Championship against Dean Ambrose.

Rusev used a distraction from Lana to low blow Cena and kick him in the face and he then made him pass out with the Accolade to retain.

Barrett, who played a chicken heel role in his match with Ambrose, ended up winning after Ambrose was disqualified by the official. "The Lunatic Fringe' then left with the Intercontinental Championship despite not winning it.

There are new WWE Tag Team Champions as Tyson Kidd and Cesaro defeated The Usos to win the gold cleanly after Kidd hit a 360 fisherman's suplex on one of the Usos for the pin.

In the final title match of the evening, Nikki Bella was able to successfully defend her Divas Championship against Paige after driving her head-first into the buckle and rolling her up for a three count with a handful of tights.

Elsewhere, Goldust defeated Stardust after he reversed Cross Rhodes into a snapmare and followed it up with a roll up for three. It seemed the referee was confused on the ending as his hand never actually touched down for three, but the match concluded.

Stardust then attacked Goldust in front of Dusty Rhodes in the back and said Cody Rhodes is dead and Dusty Rhodes killed him.

On the pre-show, Paul Heyman appeared on MizTV and said it didn't matter who Lesnar faced at WrestleMania 31 because they will lose.
