Hanging out with Jay Z or on the set of Jimmy Kimmel Live is one thing, but Gronk did some actual good work this Valentine's Day weekend when he surprised 5-year-old James Franklin, a diehard Pats fan who is battling pediatric cancer.
Franklin was a guest at Patriots owner's Bob Kraft residence on Saturday, and he gave Franklin an autographed jersey that bears his name. Franklin had told Kraft et al that Gronk was his favorite Patriots player.

After Gronkowski is done making charity appearances with his spare time, rumors have emerged that a stint on ABC's mega-popular competition show Dancing With The Stars may be in the cards this off-season.
