One artist who is hoping to land the job to perform at a Super Bowl in the future is Al Yankovic, better known as "Weird Al." According to TMZ, the four-time Grammy nominee does not believe that he will ever get to perform at the Super Bowl halftime.

Many fans of Weird Al's music are heavily in support of Yankovic getting to perform at the Super Bowl, and there was a petition before Super Bowl 49 that was signed by more than 100,000 people that attempted to persuade the NFL to allow him to perform.
