To Charles Barkley, tragedy entering Josh Gordon's life isn't a matter of it, but when.

Browns To Lose Josh Gordon For Entire 2015 Season?

The Cleveland Browns wide receiver tested positive for alcohol on Sunday and is facing a one-year ban from the league. Gordon had previously failed league drug tests and was arrested for a DUI in July 2014. He was supposed to be suspended for the entire 2014 season, but the sentence was reduced to 11 games.

Barkley appeared on ESPN's His and Hers on Monday, and stressed that Gordon needs to find a way to put his life in order. Barkley told host Michael Smith that he takes this issue very seriously, having lost a brother to substance abuse.

"Josh Gordon is gonna die if he keeps going on this road he's going [on]," Barkley said. "I love my brother, I miss my brother, but when you get involved with alcohol and drugs and you can't control it.

"If last year didn't shake him up, he's not going to learn. I have sympathy for people who have drug and alcohol problems, like I say, but man, it's going to end badly."
