Mario Balotelli is a wizard on the pitch with a soccer ball, but he cannot seem to stop from stepping in it on social media.

Two months after the Liverpool striker was disciplined for posting a racial and ethnically insensitive photo to Instagram, the 24-year-old has now been caught 'sliding into the DMs' of some teenage girls.

Balotelli's 'Unlucky' Instagram Moment

A random Twitter user from Iceland tweeted this screenshot out earlier this week, and it quickly went viral.

The message translates to "The moment Balotelli tries to steal my girlfriend :( #WhatShouldIDo?" Apparently this is not a lone incident either. A second teenager has come forward saying Balotelli hit on her as well through Instagram. "'It started so I tried to post and wanted to see if he would answer,' the girl said, translated through Fotbolti.net. 'I was very much surprised that he answered. So the day after, he sent me out of the blue what number I'd like.' Balotelli seems to be very fond of the local girls. 'All girls there are so beautiful,' said Balotelli include in conversation with Margret, and had the girls from Iceland." Balotelli hinted at the mini-controversy on Wednesday, posting a screenshot of some spoof DMs between him and an account purporting to be the Spice Girls.
