As 2014 winds down to an end, the WWE presents the final episode of Monday Night RAW for this year live from the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. and with Edge and Christian as hosts, it should totally reek of awesomeness.

UFC president Dana White Says No Talks Have Occurred With Brock Lesnar Regarding Return

Edge and Christian are seven-time WWE Tag Team Champions and they'll return to the limelight as the special co-general managers for this edition of the WWE's flagship show at the company counts down to the Royal Rumble at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Jan. 25.

There's no-telling what the Rated 'R' Superstar has in store for his "Edge Heads" nor what Christian will do to appease his "peeps."

With less than four weeks until the Royal Rumble, John Cena is gearing up for his "Final Battle" with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. "The Beast" is expcected to be in attendance while Cena will look to build some much needed momentum heading into their next epic clash.

Roman Reigns is the only Superstar to throw his name into the Royal Rumble Match thus far, but more participants may emerge for the most exciting bout of the year. There may also be more contests announced for the show as well.

A big return also slated for tonight includes Randy Orton, who returned to action at WWE live events this past week.

One major NXT tag team will make its main roster debut as Konnor and Viktor, collectively known as The Ascension, will be in action on RAW and the WWE is teasing a major introduction for the former NXT Tag Team Champions.

The WWE is also focused on two of its key champions in Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler and Tag Team Champions The Miz and Damien Sandow

Ziggler has been feuding with Luke Harper over the belt in recent weeks and "The Showoff" may look to close out his great 2014 with a bang on RAW tonight.

As for the Tag Team Championships, The Miz and Damien Sandow have had their hands full with The Usos as of late while Jimmy Uso and The Miz have had their own side feud over Naomi in the midst of this tag altercation.

Another big feud that will receive emphasis tonight is between the "Eater of Worlds" Bray Wyatt and the "Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose as both Superstars have been looking to one-up each other in recent weeks.

Other Superstars that are likely to have key roles tonight include "Mr. Money in the Bank" Seth Rollins, Ryback, Kane, Erick Rowan and The Big Show.

The WWE looks to close 2014 out with a bang when the final edition of Monday Night RAW emanates from the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. as the Royal Rumble looms in just over three weeks.
