Injured WWE Superstar Roman Reigns announced at Sunday's Survivor Series event that he will be back to action within the next month and he also recently had some harsh things to say about John Cena.

Reigns spoke with the Reno Gazette-Journal about several different topics and was asked about people comparing him to John Cena. Cena is the face of the WWE as it stands right now, but there are rumors that Reigns is being groomed as the next top star in the company.

Reigns didn't agree with the comparisons to the "Cenation" leader, despite both being booked strong.

"Last time I checked, I'm 6'3" 265 pounds, which is bigger than John Cena," Reigns told the publication. "Last time I checked, my hair is long and jet black and last time I checked John Cena's isn't. I'm way better looking and I'm way more athletic than he is so for anybody to compare me to him is completely asinine."

Reigns appeared on the big screen at the Survivor Series on Sunday at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis and told the WWE announcers he is getting stronger every day. He also noted that he expects to be back by "this time next month," which makes him questionable for the TLC event on Dec. 14.

Reigns is rumored to win the Royal Rumble Match in January and go on to defeat Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31 in March, but it remains to be seen if that will come to fruition.

The WWE Superstar has been sidelined since having to undergo emergency hernia surgery on Sept. 20, which forced the WWE to cancel his match with ex-Shield stable mate Seth Rollins the following night. Reigns told newspaper was happened on the eve of Night of Champions.

"I was walking back to my hotel room from the restaurant and that's when it happened. My hernia popped out," he said.

Reigns, who has been taking acting classes with coach Howard Fine to round out his character a little bit more, talked about the WWE not having an offseason.

"It's not like we're movie stars - we don't just sit on the set for five months and have a trailer," he said. "It seems like a lot of glamor but ... we have to rent cars, we have to rent hotels, we have four- to five-hour drives every single night, so there's a lot of responsibility just getting to the next town and putting yourself up."

Lastly, he talked about the post-Shield success for himself, Rollins and Dean Ambrose.

"This is what everybody needs to understand, we're all doing awesome. I mean, we're all in that very top ring, we're all top competitors and we're all the future of the WWE. For any fan to complain that one of us is doing better than the other ... is just complete B.S."
