With Survivor Series looming in just six nights, the WWE presents Monday Night RAW tonight live from the Berglund Center Coliseum in Roanoke, Va. with the final build up for Sunday's event from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.
TNA Likely Done With Spike TV, Announcement Coming Soon
The WWE hasn't announced any matches for tonight's flagship show, but John Cena, Bray Wyatt, "Mr. Money in the Bank" Seth Rollins, Triple H, Kane and Dean Ambrose are advertised. A tag bout pitting Cena and Ambrose vs. Rollins and Wyatt is also promoted locally, but it is likely a dark match.
The main focus on tonight's show is the build up for the main event Sunday night that will pit Team Cena against Team Authority with the stipulation that if The Authority's team loses, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will lose their power.
With that stipulation, the WWE is building up this edition of RAW as if it could be the final episode with The Authority in charge.
Each team is looking for one more member as Team Cena consists of captain Cena, Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler, The Big Show and Sheamus while Team Authority is captained by Rollins and also includes Corporate Kane, Mark Henry and United States Champion Rusev.
It appears as though Ryback may be revealed as the final member of Team Cena tonight while based on how last Monday's show ended, Luke Harper could very well officially become part of Team Authority.
It is expected that the members of each team will be involved in matches with each other tonight to build toward the traditional Survivor Series elimination tag team match on Sunday.
Another feud that is slated to get significant air time is the one between Ambrose and Wyatt as the "Lunatic Fringe" and the "Eater of Worlds" are just six nights away from mixing it up in the squared circle.
Over in the Divas division, AJ Lee is preparing for her Divas Championship clash with Nikki Bella on Sunday and the two are likely to cross paths one final time tonight before heading to St. Louis for their battle.
With the event only six nights away, there have only been three matches confirmed for the Survivor Series, so it is highly likely that the company announces more bouts tonight on RAW.
One rumored match that the WWE has been talking about is a Fatal 4 Way elimination contest for the Tag Team Championships pitting Goldust & Stardust vs. The Usos vs. Los Matadores vs. Damien Sandow and The Miz. There is a chance this match is announced tonight.
There have also been talks of Adam Rose taking on The Bunny on Sunday in St. Louis as well.
With it being the Survivor Series, the company could very well reveal another traditional match for Sunday night, but it remains to be seen.
With just six days until the Survivor Series, the WWE presents Monday Night RAW live tonight from the Berglund Center Coliseum in Virginia as the WWE Superstars and Divas look to survive one final RAW before the 28th annual Survivor Series.
