McMahon returned on Monday Night RAW this week and added a stipulation to the Team Authority vs. Team Cena match at Survivor Series on Nov. 23 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis. McMahon said if Team Authority loses, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will lose their power.

There were reports that Vince McMahon's return to television would lead to a struggle for power storyline pitting Triple H and Stephanie McMahon against Vince McMahon leading into WrestleMania 31.

According to F4WOnline.com, Vince McMahon doesn't want to be on television a lot anymore, which may lead to the WrestleMania 31 storyline being in jeopardy or not featuring a lot of the CEO.

The struggle for power storyline was rumored for the WrestleMania XXX event this past April in New Orleans, however it was scrapped and never came to fruition. Vince McMahon was set to return to television around WrestleMania season last year, but they opted not to go through with the storyline.

There were reports that McMahon might recruit "Stone Cold" Steve Austin to battle Triple H with the control of the WWE on the line last year, but it never came to fruition. Austin has denied return rumors for years and it would have been his first bout since 2003.

With Vince McMahon returning Monday night, there is a belief that the long-rumored bout between Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Triple H will occur at WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. with control for the WWE at stake between Vince McMahon and Triple H.

It appears as though despite Vince McMahon returning to television on Monday, he will not be a regular on-screen character again.
