Columbus has won two of its last three games and plays the third match of a four-game road trip while Anaheim is on an absolute tear, winning six straight games after dropping its first contest of the season. This will also be the fourth of three straight games at the Honda Center.

The Blue Jackets were lifted by a Mark Letestu goal with 20.7 seconds left in regulation in a 5-4 win over the San Jose Sharks Thursday.

"This has been our calling card for a couple of years now," Letestu said per NHL.com. "This team just doesn't quit."

Ryan Johansen scored two goals Thursday and is tied for the Columbus lead with nine points off of five goals and four assists. Nick Foligno also has nine points off of three tallies and six helpers while Scott Hartnell has eight points -- all off of assists.

The Ducks have won all three home games thus far on the current home stand after notching 29 wins at the Honda Center last season. The team likes making it hard on other teams to play in its building.

"The crowd gets pretty loud and into it," Devante Smith-Pelly told the Ducks website. "We know we have to win our games on home ice, and defend our ice. That's something we focus on, and something we've done pretty well so far."

Corey Perry notched a hat trick in the Ducks 4-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres Wednesday and leads Anaheim with 10 points off of eight goals and two assists along with Ryan Getzlaf (two markers, eight helpers). Ryan Kesler is third on the team with six points by finding the twine three times and adding three assists.

In net, the Ducks probable starter is Frederik Andersen, who has been lights-out with a 6-0-0 record to go along with a 1.32 goals-against average and a .951 save percentage.

Sergei Bobrovsky could start for the Blue Jackets despite the team playing on back-to-back nights, and he is 4-2-0 with a 2.37 GAA and .923 save percentage thus far.

Anaheim and Columbus split their 2013-14 slate with each team winning a game on the road.

The Blue Jackets look to win their second straight while the Ducks hope to stay red-hot when the lights come up tonight at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
