Where They Stand:
No. 14 Arizona State Sun Devils (-3) (5-1, 3-1 Pac-12)
Washington Huskies (5-2, 1-2 Pac-12)

The No. 14 Arizona State Sun Devils get a “break” from playing ranked opponents as they take on the 5-2 Washington Huskies who have dropped two of their last three games.

Arizona State coach Todd Graham spoke about the opportunity to play Washington and how the Sun Devil team has won most of their games this season. Arizona State is coming off back-to-back wins against then-ranked No. 16 USC and No. 23 Stanford.

"We need to move forward from here," Arizona State coach Todd Graham said.

"To turn the tables and beat a team like that and dominate them physically the way we did, because of the respect we have for their program, that one meant more to me personally than any win we have had," Graham said.

The road doesn't get any easier for the Sun Devils as they will take on No. 19 Utah on November 1 and No. 7 Notre Dame on No. 8. Arizona State will want to take one of those games to stay in the AP Top 25 and winning both will vault them into the top 10 in the nation.

Arizona State also wends their season against No. 15 Arizona on the road November 28.

Arizona State leads the all-time series against Washington 17-15 and have won eight-straight games against the Huskies. The Sun Devils topped this Washington team 53-24 in 2013.
