Two SEC teams near the top of the AP Poll face off as the No. 3 Ole Miss Rebels take on the No. 14 Texas A&M.

Both teams are coming off huge weeks as the Rebels topped then-ranked No. 3 Alabama, while the Aggies fell to then-ranked No. 12 Mississippi State. Both teams look to continue their success this season, but this is a win or go home for the Aggies.

Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin stressed that his team needs to have a short memory as this Ole Miss team is playing very well and could very well win on the road.

"As quickly as you talk about last weekend you don't have any time to look back because Ole Miss is a team playing very, very well right now," Sumlin said. "They lead the league in defense. They are second nationally in scoring defense. They have a veteran quarterback who has played a lot of football. ... They've done everything they've needed to do to be where they are right now.”

These two teams have had a ton of success this year in a very difficult SEC, but two-losses could very well end a team’s bid for the conference title. Texas A&M is the favorite in this game despite being the lower ranked team. Being home and coming off a loss has benefitted the Aggies greatly.

Texas A&M has taken all six meetings from Ole Miss, but has never won by more than 17 points in any matchup. Ole Miss can establish themselves as one of the best in the country with a win and could make a case for the best team in the country.
