CNN.com reported that the Dolphins suspended Shelby after he allegedly touched women without their consent at a dance club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida early Saturday and then took an "aggressive stance" when police attempted to arrest him, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The affidavit stated that the 25-year-old Shelby was "touching females at a location without their permission." Security escorted him out of the club, and police attempted multiple times to get him to stop obstructing a roadway and the entrance to the club.
