Kenneth Faried and the Denver Nuggets have reached an agreement on a five-year, $60 million extension that will keep the big man in the Mile High City for the foreseeable future.
According to Yahoo Sports, the Nuggets and Faried agreed on the extension Sunday night and it will guarantee the 24-year-old forward no less than $52 million with a partially guaranteed fifth year.

Faried's contract was signed after the NBA announced that they have reached a new television deal with multiple providers for a estimated $24 billion.

The player they call “The Manimal" averaged 13.7 points and 8.6 rebounds for the Nuggets in 2013-14 and started in 77 games for Denver in that time.
