No. 7 Baylor looks to remain unbeaten through four games as they take on the Iowa State Cyclones in a primetime Big 12 matchup.

Baylor opens up their Big 12 slate of games after throttling their non-conference schedule by averaging an FBS-high 59.3 points and 654.3 yards. Coach Art Briles said that the 3-0 start is a a solid beginning to the season, but the competition is now going to get harder and harder by the week

"We know the competition is going to be tougher as we go along, so we're not putting a whole lot of stock in numbers. We never have. Our biggest thing is to win by one point, regardless of the score," Briles said.

Baylor has beaten up on SMU, Northwestern State and Buffalo in their threw wins, but close out their schedule against three ranked opponents in four weeks. Iowa State beat Iowa last weekend to get their first win, but dropped two straight against then-No. 20 Kansas State and North Dakota State to open the season.

The Bears and Cyclones have split their all-time series six to six, but Baylor has topped Iowa State four of the last six times they have played including a 71-7 win in 2013.
