Reports indicate that the following was taped Tuesday night for the episode of SmackDown that is set to air this Friday, Sept. 26 from Little Rock, Ark. as the WWE wades through the fallout of last Sunday's Night of Champions and continues to build toward Hell in a Cell at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Oct. 26.

In the main event of the evening, The Big Show defeated Rusev via disqualification after Show hit the Chokeslam and went for the knockout punch, but was distracted by Lana which led to Rusev hitting him with the Russian flag and drawing the DQ. Show then knocked him out with the punch to end the show.
The episode opened up with The Miz coming out and saying that he wanted a fight with Dean Ambrose. Ambrose obliged and won the match via the Dirty Deeds.

Kane and Seth Rollins tried to run interference during the match and ended up attacking Ambrose after it ended. Ambrose eventually escaped through the crowd with Rollins' Money in the Bank briefcase.
The WWE held a Battle Royal to crown a new No. 1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship and the participants were Bo Dallas, Jack Swagger, Los Matadores, Cesaro, Zack Ryder, Damien Sandow, Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston, Heath Slater, Titus O'Neil, Big E, Justin Gabriel and Sin Cara. Cesaro ended up winning by eliminating Swagger and Kingston at the same time.
Dolph Ziggler defeated Cesaro later on the show to retain the Intercontinental Championship with a rollup, but Cesaro had the ropes.
In tag team action, The Usos defeated Goldust and Stardust by disqualification after Goldust hit Jimmy Uso with the belt. As a result, Goldust and Stardust retained the Tag Team Championships.
In a Divas tag team match, Layla and Summer Rae defeated Natalya and Rosa Mendes.
This episode of SmackDown airs over four weeks before Hell in a Cell, but no official matches have been made just yet.
