The Philadelphia Eagles are one of three teams that are 3-0, but cornerback Cary Williams believes that the team is being pushed too hard in practice.
Williams spoke to the media and said that coach Chip Kelly pushes the team too hard during practice during the week and it makes it difficult to be fresh for game days.

"I'm just going to be honest with you," Williams said. "It's hard to go out there and fight for 60 minutes when you're fighting throughout the week to make it through one practice. I'm not the only one. I'm just the only one that's man enough to stand up here and talk to y'all. It's obviously, in my opinion, an issue in our starts.”
The Eagles won a 37-34 shootout with the Redskins on Sunday and looked to be much fresher than Washington down the stretch and coach Kelly said that he believes that his conditioning program showed.
"I believe that we're the freshest team in the fourth quarter," said Kelly. "The defense came up huge [at the end]. The way the whole team played in the fourth quarter shows the type of conditioning we have.”

The Eagles are the first team in NFL history to win their first three games after being down by 14 points in each of them. The toll of a hard week of practice could be the cause of the Eagles slow starts as they have been down 17-0 in their opener against Jacksonville, 17-6 in Indianapolis and 17-7 against Washington.
The Eagles travel to San Francisco to play the 49ers (1-2) in a game that has a pair of NFC contenders. Both the Eagles and 49ers went to the playoffs in 2013.
