Today at 1:00 p.m. ET the Green Bay Packers (1-1) winners of a surprisingly difficult matchup vs. the Jets, will head to Detroit to take on the Lions (1-1) on Fox in an NFC North clash that can be live streamed by clicking this link. Lions fans can hear the radio broadcast on WXYT 1270, while Packers fans may do the same on WTMJ 620.

Despite early problems against the Jets protecting Aaron Rodgers that contributed to a 21-3 deficit, the former Super Bowl MVP adjusted and lit up a porous Jets secondary. Rodgers finished the afternoon with 346 yards and three touchdowns against zero interceptions.

Of the 346 yards, Jordy Nelson amassed 209 of them and has become a pass-catcher in the same category as Calvin Johnson, whom he'll be trying to outproduce in this game.

"Jordy, you always see him making some big plays. He is definitely their big-play guy," Johnson said of his Packers counterpart. "He's a guy we've got to be able to contain come Sunday; you know, not let him get the ball and run with it and find seams to make bigger plays after he catches it."

Johnson's been impressive in 2014 as well. He caught six passes for 83 yards against a tough Panthers defense in Week 2, and that was viewed as an underwhelming performance. He received 13 targets in that matchup, and the Packers' D has proven less stout-the same emphasis on him could produce better numbers.

Detroit's offense, which looked like a juggernaut on Monday Night Football in Week 1 vs. the Giants, fell apart vs. the Panthers. Head coach Jim Caldwell is preaching caution.

"What you have to make certain of is that everybody needs to understand that this only counts as one game. This team is not 0-12, or anything of that nature, so there's some balance to it," Caldwell said.

"Just like last week there weren't a bunch of guys hollering about the win, they were level-headed and I believe they will handle the loss the exact same way. We will be level-headed, get our corrections made, focus on our next opponent and move forward."
