Two clubs in the bottom half of the Premier League table will do battle today in a league match between Manchester United and Queens Park Rangers. The first-division clash scheduled for 11 a.m. ET will be held at Old Trafford in Manchester and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on NBC Sports Network.

Manchester United Manager Louis van Gaal had this to offer ahead of today's league encounter (via the Guardian): "I have given all the players a chance to convince me of their qualities. Yes, Danny Welbeck was here from when he was nine. He has played, after [his 2010-11 loan at] Sunderland, three seasons at Manchester United. But he doesn't have the record of [Robin] Van Persie nor [Wayne] Rooney and that is the standard."

"That is why we let him go," he added. "Because of Falcao but also the youngsters who can fit in."

Tactical Preview

Player to Watch: QPR's Leroy Fer has one assist in his two appearances with the club. The 24-year-old is a true threat on the ball, averaging one take-on and 2.5 key passes per match.

Manchester United's Albion's Projected Lineup (3-4-1-2): Gea; Rojo, Evans, Smalling; Blind, Maria, Fletcher, Valencia; Mata; Falcao, Rooney
