Team USA takes on Puerto Rico in another exhibition game in Madison Square Garden as the team looks to get ready for the FIBA World Cup.
The United States is inching closer to the start of the World Cup on August 30 and the big question is if Derrick Rose will be available for the tournament. Rose has complained of aches and pains that could his minutes with the team, but he has said if he is healthy he will will play.
Derrick Rose, Steph Curry, James Harden, Kenneth Faried and Anthony Davis started for the United States in their exhibition against Brazil and coach Mike Krzyzewski will likely go with a similar group against Puerto Rico.
The United States is grouped in Group C with Dominican Republic, Ukraine, Finland, New Zealand and Turkey. The United States group play game to watch is No. 7 Turkey on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at 11:30 a.m. ET as they are the only two ranked teams in the group.
