WWE Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross took to his official blog at Jrsbarbq.com to discuss a few wrestling topics including the leaked WWE DVD cover for SummerSlam 2014 that seems to depict a John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar match as well as Vickie Guerrero's departure from the company.

Update On Backstage Altercations Involving Sheamus And Other Superstars

There had been rumors that Daniel Bryan would face Lesnar for the title on Aug. 17 at SummerSlam in Los Angeles, but after Bryan was forced to relinquish his title due to his neck injury healing slower than expected, the speculation shifted to Cena taking on Lesnar.

Cena is scheduled to face Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Kane, Cesaro, Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio in a Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Sunday's pay-per-view in Boston, and after Amazon leaked the cover the SummerSlam DVD cover with Cena and Lesnar, it has been speculated that Cena will win the Ladder Match and then battle Lesnar at the event.

Ross shared his thoughts on the Amazon leak.

"This has to be frustrating for WWE...[SummerSlam] poster w/ Cena & Lesnar on it made public. Let the speculation begin re: MITB, etc," Ross wrote.

Ross also touched on Vickie Guerrero, who was written off WWE television after losing a match for her job to Stephanie McMahon on Monday Night RAW.

Guerrero left on her own terms after nine years with the WWE and remains in good standing with the company, but she's looking to move onto the next phase of her life and likely won't be seen again for a while on WWE programming, if at all.

"Really proud of Vickie Guerrero for not only her run in WWE but most importantly for working on her college degree," Ross blogged. "Atta girl...great Mom."

Ross also took the time to share some personal upcoming projects with his fans as he is starting to write an autobiography and discussed doing more one-man shows.

"[Preliminary] work has begun on my autobiography. No time table for completion. Working on to where to end the first book," Ross said. "I'm told by my management team that various media outlets are interested in doing a special on our RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross show in 2015."
