Qualification for the Round of 16 has already been secured by Belgium, but the chase for first in the group is still very much on. That remains the objective for head coach Marc Wilmots, who his asking his men to play effective against South Korea, not beautiful.
"It's not about being beautiful, but about being effective," Wilmots said (via FIFA). Belgium are through to the next round and that is what counts."
He added: "We are tactically very disciplined and we need to be patient."

Player to Watch: Controlling the midfield and maintaining possession of the ball will be key if South Korea is to have any chance of dictating the pace against Belgium. The responsibilities of maintaining that possession and giving it proper direction falls squarely on the shoulders of Ki Sung-Yueng. The 25-year-old enters today's match averaging 62 completed passes with a 95.2 percent success rate. Dynamism is also an integral part of his game, seeing him with one assist and an average of two key passes per match.
