There are certain rules one must follow in the world of sports. Not providing bulletin board material before a match is one of them. Apparently, Switzerland's Granit Xhaka doesn't subscribe to said rule. The 21-year-old had few issues claiming Switzerland's superiority to Honduras.
"It's like a World Cup Final. We have to fight and run for each other. We have to beat Honduras, and that's all there is to say," Xhaka said (via FIFA). "We have a better team and more quality than Honduras," he added. "And I think we deserve to go through to the Round of 16. We're utterly determined to make it, and we'll show it against Honduras!"
