The Chicago Sun-Times reported Dwyane Wade's ex-wife Siovaughn Funches has filed two separate suits over the last seven months stemming from their bitter breakup, including one earlier this week where she names Wade's attorney James Pritikin, the Dolton police department and New Lenox Mayor Tim Baldermann as defendants. She's alleging they conspired to frame her for child abduction in 2012 and says she was "violently attacked" by cops at her home, resulting in her suffering both a panic and asthma attack.

The Sun-Times added she is seeking more than $50,000 in unspecified damages. Just seven months earlier in December of 2013, she also alleged in a Cook County Circuit Court filing that the NBA star "was physically abusive" during their marriage.

According to several media outlets, Funches previously complained she was once homeless and "on the streets," even though the Miami Heat star once reached agreement to pay her $5 million and turn over the South Holland home they previously shared together to her.

Wade and his ex have bitterly feuded over the custody of their two small children over the course of divorce proceedings, with the three-time NBA champion ultimately being awarded sole custody of their two boys.

Over the years, Funches-Wade who is now serving as her own attorney, has reportedly gone through as many as a dozen attorneys in her fight against the veteran NBA guard. The latest suit naming Wade was filed in Cook County Circuit Court.

The 32-year-old Wade is slated to wed Hollywood actress and Being Mary Jane star Gabrielle Union later summer.
