Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith is known to get in his fair share of scuffles on the practice field, but it didn't take long for him to get into his first fight at Raven camp this year. Smith and cornerback Lardarius Webb got into a shoving match after Webb contested a pass too aggressively for a minicamp practice.

The fight didn't escalate and was broken up by teammates, but defensive coordinator Dean Pees said he told the secondary not to get into it with Smith.

"The first thing I told the [defensive backs] is, 'Look, don't get him mad,'" Pees said last week, via the Baltimore Sun. "He plays a lot harder when he's mad. Leave him alone, let sleeping dogs lie. He's a heck of a player. He's made some grabs out here. He's a tough guy. He's everything advertised. I'm glad he's on our team."

Smith and Webb have patched things up as Smith tweeted a picture of a “peace offering” to Webb that consisted of Dunkin Donuts.

Smith is known for his confrontations and is no stranger to having a spat at practice as he starts his 14th season in the NFL and his first as a member of the Ravens. The Ravens are trying to return to the playoffs after missing out in 2013 and Smith is suppose to be a big part of what they plan to do on offense in 2014.
