The Chicago Bulls may be willing to part ways with one or both of their two first-round draft picks in next week's NBA draft as part of a plan to add a proven scorer alongside Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah, according to SI.com.

The Bulls offense ranked No. 28 this past season, giving the team the third lowest-ranked offense of any team to make the playoffs in league history. The Bulls were ousted in the first round of the Eastern Conference by the upstart Washington Wizards.

Bulls finding strength in Derrick Rose

"Chicago is aggressively trying to move its picks, a source told SI. "The Bulls are believed to be looking for either a veteran scorer or the chance to move up in the draft to select a young wing player with scoring potential."

Currently, the Bulls own the No. 16 and No. 19 picks in a loaded draft where Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid and Dante Exum are all expected to be among the first players selected.

Derrick Rose to play for Team USA?

The Bulls have also been linked to Knicks free-agent to-be forward Carmelo Anthony, the second overall scorer in the league this season behind MVP Kevin Durant.

The magazine adds the Bulls may also be open to offering up a package of the right's to Nikola Mirotic and veteran guard Jimmy Butler to land the scorer they covet.

The 25-year-old Rose played in just 10 games last season after suffering his second straight season-ending knee injury. Under the strict guidance of defensive-minded coach Tom Thibodeau, the Bulls still managed to win 48 games, qualifying as the conference's No. 4 seed.
