The man Aaron Hernandez was disciplined for attacking at the Bristol County Jail where he is still being held without bail has been rearrested and is back in the same prison as the former NFL vet, putting security at the facility on high alert for any more potential trouble.

Andrew Booker, who brawled with Hernandez back in February leading to the one-time New England Patriots tight end being placed in an even more secluded area of solitary confinement, was rearrested on drug and weapons charges on May 2, according to TMZ Sports.

The website adds jail officials are now taking added precautions to make certain Hernandez and Booker are kept far apart in hopes of preventing any additional flare ups.

The 24-year-old Hernandez has been held without bail at the jail since last June on first degree-murder charges in the execution-style killing of one-time associate Odin Lloyd. Investigators have since speculated the 27-year-old Lloyd may have been killed because of his knowledge about other violent crimes Hernandez is suspected of having been involved in.

Just last week, Hernandez was indicted on unrelated murder charges in the drive-by, double slaying of two men in downtown Boston in 2012. Investigators have since revealed they have surveillance video of Hernandez circling the two victims as they walked to a nearby parking lot before opening fire as their vehicle idled at a stop sign.
