Two clubs chasing the Clausura Liga MX title will do battle today in a playoff match between Santos Laguna and Pachuca. The semifinal clash scheduled for 9 p.m. ET will be held at the Estadio Corona in Torreon and can be live streamed free through the Univision Deportes mobile app.
Even with a 2-0 aggregate lead, Pachuca manager Enrique Meza isn't prepared to book his ticket to the Liguilla final. He isn't prepared to bunker down and park the bus inside the area, either (h/t to Goal). "We played a great game against a dangerous opponent [in the first leg]," Meza said.
"It makes me feel good, but we haven't finished yet. We expect to improve what we did [on Wednesday]," he added.
"I'm not surprised we've made it this far. We work every day with the players and we've seen progress."
