BULLS vs WIZARDS Watch FREE Live Stream Online & Listen: 2014 NBA PLAYOFFS Round 1 Game 3 Live Coverage from WASHINGTON

Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET the No. 4 seed Chicago Bulls, smarting from two home losses to open up their Eastern Conference first round playoff matchup, will tip off Game 3 against the Washington Wizards at D.C.'s Verizon Center on ESPN. Live stream the game here; Bulls fans can listen to the radio broadcast of this must-win game on ESPN 1000, while Wizards fans can hear the action on WFED-AM 1500.

The Washington fans have waited six years for a home playoff game, so they'll likely be in full throat. Wizards owner Ted Leonsis is taking no chances, however, and urged everyone to be in their seats and screaming for tip-off.

"Come on out and enjoy playoff basketball. Be ready to join the show and get in at tip-off or before," Leonsis said. "Don't be too cool for school and stroll in at end of first period -- I never understood that about some NBA crowds. You pay for a full game of basketball; get in the mix with your friends and family at tip-off, please."

Wizards guard Bradley Beal was in lockstep with the owner, noting that rowdy noise can really be a boon to the team. "You definitely notice it," Beal said. "Especially when you first run onto the floor and there's nobody there. You look up in the third quarter and everybody's there. So we definitely need that crowd to be loud for us in the beginning and get us going."

The Bulls have lost two close games so far, and their offensive deficiencies without Derrick Rose and Luol Deng are beginning to show. That said, the Bulls aren't making any excuses. "You've got to rock with what you've got," Bulls forward Taj Gibson said.

"You've got to play with whoever's out there on the court. The room for error is short."
