The 25-year-old alleged victim in the ongoing Colin Kaepernick sexaul assault investigation was medically tested for rape soon after being transported to the Jackson Memorial Hospital emergency room by Miami Fire Rescue.
According to TMZ Sports, the results of the tests performed on the still unnamed victim have not been made public and no arrests have been made or charges filed stemming from the April 1 incident at the Viceroy Hotel in downtown Miami. Reportedly, Miami police also sent emergency responders to the hotel and presumably those findings are also still being evaluated.
Colin Kaepernick investigated for sex assault
Earlier this week, Miami police spokesman Rene Pimentel told the San Jose Mercury News "there's no evidence of a crime or a sexual assault. This report is simply an incident report taken at the woman's request."
Several media outlets have reported the woman claims she was assaulted after going to the hotel with Kaepernick and two other NFL players, since identified as his San Francisco 49ers teammate Quinton Patton and and Seattle Seahawk Ricardo Lockette.

While admitting to drinking and smoking marijuana with the group, and even kissing with Kaepernick---who she also admits having a previous sexaul relationship with--- TMZ reports the woman also tells police she can't remember anything beyond those developments, including how she got to the hospital.
On Friday, the 26-year-old Kaepernick took to Twitter to also defend himself, posting "the charges made in the TMZ story and other stories I've seen are completely wrong. They made things about me that never happened. I take great pride in who I am and what I do, but I guess sometimes you have to deal with someone who makes things up."
