A Georgia judge has found Brooklyn Nets star Joe Johnson in contempt of a court order and has threatened him with jail time if he doesn't began to adhere to a visitation schedule for the mother of their young son.

According to TMZ Sports, court documents reveal Johnson was just reprimanded by a judge after Shannon Becton, the mother of Johnson's son, claimed he has been ignoring the terms of a custody agreement for their six-year-old son.

More specifically, TMZ reports Becton claims Johnson has neglected to provide her with the regular progress reports he required to that chart the boy's progress in school and in his extracurricular activities while he's in his custody.

"I am unaware of my child's whereabouts, and [Joe] is interfering with me maintaining a healthy relationship with my son," she told TMZ. She later added she only gets to speak with her son "once a week if lucky and he is now being raised by a nanny.

In addition, the website reports Becton claims Johnson has reneged on the their agreement which states he agreed to pay for her to fly to NYC to visit their son.
