Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star guard Kyrie Irving has had enough of the media, and on Saturday voiced his frustration with the way he has been treated by the press this season.

''The barrage and little bit of attack that I saw, I've been getting it all season and I feel I definitely don't deserve it,'' Irving was quoted as saying by the Associated Press via Yahoo! Sports before the Cavs took on the Charlotte Bobcats. ''It's one of those things where I can deal with it, but at a certain point, it's gotten too much. It's been like that the whole entire season.''

Much of Irving's displeasure with the media stems from the press speculating that he wants out of Cleveland. The third-year guard can get a maximum contract extension from the Cavaliers this summer.

The AP quoted Irving as saying in one of his four tweets over the weekend: ''Sick to my stomach with all these rumors and accusations. Can I play without media guessing at my life.''

He insisted that his contract is not one of his priorities right now, adding that he only wants to bring the Cavaliers to the playoffs. The team is three games behind the Atlanta Hawks for the eighth and last playoff seed in the East. Irving has never been in the playoffs since joining the league.

''They're writing reports, 'Is he staying or is he going?''' Irving continued. ''I mean that's the last of my worries right now. It's portraying me in a light and it's bringing negativity to the team that I don't want. Our focus right now and my focus right now is winning and trying to finish out the season strong. That's where my focus has been and where it's going to stay.''
