Sports World News’ official mock draft starts today with the 2014 NFL Draft 41 days away in Radio City Music Hall. We will be updating the mock draft every Friday and will be in three parts. Part one will be 1-10, part two will be 11-20 and part three will be 21-32. Heres part three:

21. Green Bay Packers: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Mosley gets a little bump up the rankings this week due to the Packers' need. Mosley was rumored to be falling out of the first round and still could, but if it is between Mosley and Ryan Shazier for this pick the Alabama project has the edge.

22. Philadelphia Eagles: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
Eagles luck out that the safety class is cooling on many scouts and one of the top two are likely to slide to them. Pryor is a bruiser and run stopped, but has show flashes in the coverage game. He is young and will develop his trade further and the Eagles find a viable option at safety.

23. Kansas City Chiefs: Zack Martin, OT/G, Notre Dame

The Chiefs benefit from the Lewan drop as well. They could use a piece that can play both OT and OG and Martin is the best in the draft. Eric Fisher is moving to left tackle and Martin could plug right into LT for the Chiefs. Martin could move to LT if need be due to how poorly Fisher played at RT last season.

24. Cincinnati Bengals: Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State

The Bengals need for a CB pays off with a top heavy draft that has many worth candidates at this spot. Roby is a great player with incredible talent, but lack the physical discipline. The Bengals aren’t the best place to get that, but Marvin Lewis could get his act straight.

25. San Diego Chargers: Jason Verrett, CB, TCU
The Chargers get some corner help considering they have nothing there as it stands. Verrett would become the teams best corner overnight and would be the first of multiple defensive players San Diego take in the draft.

26. Cleveland Browns (via Colts): Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State

Following the Browns manual they draft their QB with their second first round pick. Rumors are that some teams prefer Carr to Manziel and the Browns are one such team. Look for the Browns to sign Derek’s brother David to mentor Carr into the league and his new toys.

27. New Orleans Saints: Marqise Lee, WR, USC

The Saints need to get a receiver across from Marques Colston. Jimmy Graham and Colston cant do it themselves and Drew Brees wont be around forever. The Saints can sacrifice the defensive upgrades for a true need and bolster the offense in the process.

28. Carolina Panthers: Odell Beckham, WR, LSU
The Panthers got crushed at WR more than anyone at any position in recent memory and the position wasn't great before that. Beckham wakes up after being picked the best receiver in Carolina. He is a DeSean Jackson deep threat and speedster that can also get the hard yards. His skill set fits the Panthers very well.

29. TRADE Jacksonville Jaguars (via Patriots): Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois
Every year there is a team that trades back into the first round because they fear the action from the down time to round two. This year it’s the Jaguars. The Jags trade up to get their QB of choice before anyone else can. Garoppolo is a underrated talent that came on late in the Senior Bowl and offseason workouts. Could be a great fit for the East Illinois product.

30. San Francisco 49ers: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State

Benjamin fills a need in the 49ers that they could still fill in free agency. In that scenario they would go corner, but until they sign a WR they can use the skills of Benjamin who would be the heir to Anquan Boldin.

31. Denver Broncos: Xavier Su’a-Filo, G, UCLA
This isn’t the sexiest pick, but Peyton Manning will be eternally grateful. More interior protection for a team that got destroyed by the Seahawks front seven in the Super Bowl is just what the doctor ordered. Denver is trying to win now and each pick needs to fill needs.

32. Seattle Seahawks: Dee Ford, DE, Auburn

Ford is a projected second round talent, but officials around the league think someone will take a chance on him in the first. Ford had an incredible Senior Bowl and combine and is the annual player that shoots up out of irrelevancy. This is a luxury pick for the Seahawks who will probably lose Cliff Avril next season.
