Michael Jordan not only could still play in the NBA, but the 51-year-old Hall of Famer could "destroy" and "embarrass" players, according to veteran center Al Jefferson.

Though Jordan last suited up for an NBA game more than a decade ago, Jefferson, who plays for Jordan's Charlotte Bobcats, clearly sees him more than holding his own against today's stars.

When asked if he has ever challenged his boss to a game of one-on-one, Jefferson told TMZ Sports.com 'nah, he might beat me, embarrass me man, hurt my confidence."

Jordan, who was seen at a team shootaround just several months ago still dunking, played 15 NBA seasons, winning six titles with the Chicago Bulls. Over that time, he led the league in scoring 10 times, won five MVP awards and played in 14 All-Star Games.

The man widely saluted as the greatest of all-time was also named an All-NBA first team selection 10 times and was named an All-Defensive first teamer nine times. Jordan also holds the NBA record for highest career regular season and playoff scoring averages 30.12 and 33.45, respectively.
