Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have sold the California mansion they once called home at a profit of nearly $1.5 million, according to TMZ.
The website reports the soon-to-be divorced couple sold the 7-bedroom, 8,000 square-foot Tarzana property to Big Bang Theory newlywed Kaley Cuoco for $5.49 million, far more than the $3.95 million they paid for it in 2009.
The 29-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality TV star filed for divorce from her NBA husband of four-years on Dec. 13, citing irreconcilable differences. The 34-year-old Odom was dogged all summer long by widespread reports of his hardcore drug addiction and chronic infidelity.
According to TMZ, Kardashian is now searching for a home closer to momager Kris Jenner in Hidden Hills.
More recently, Odom has insisted he is now sober and concentrating on resuming his NBA career. The Former Sixth Man of the Year Award winner recently met with L.A. Clippers coach Doc Rivers about perhaps rejoining the team.
A 14-year NBA veteran, Odom spent the 2012-13 season with the Clippers and averaged four points and six rebounds. Odom also previously won two NBA titles as a member of the L.A. Lakers.
