Tonight at 7:00 p.m. ET, the St. Louis Blues (33-10-5, 71 points) and New Jersey Devils (20-19-11, 51 points) faceoff live from the Prudential Center in New Jersey for the first of two meetings against each other this season. The game can be live streamed here. St. Louis fans can hear all of the action on KMOX 1120 while New Jersey fans can do the same on 101.9 WFAN.

The Blues are coming off of a 4-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings Monday night.

"The first two periods we played the way we had to play," coach Ken Hitchcock said per NHL.com. "I thought the scoring chances might've been even in the first two periods, but the zone time was in our favor and that's our game. Our game plan was more based on volume and zone time and wearing people out, and that's what we accomplished in the first two periods."

The Devils won just one game on their four-game road trip and are coming off of a 3-2 loss to the Phoenix Coyotes. Damien Brunner returned to practice for the first time since suffering an injury on a knee-to-knee on Dec. 20.

"He's worked his [rear end] off to do that, he really has," coach Pete DeBoer said of Brunner via NHL.com. "The reports from the rehab people here have been this guy has worked as hard as anyone has worked here to get back, which is a great sign."

The Devils have been led by Jaromir Jagr (15-24-39), Michael Ryder (16-10-26) and Marek Zidlicky (8-17-25) while St. Louis has been paced by T.J. Oshie(11-30-41), Alex Steen (24-16-40) and David Backes (17-18-35). Oshie has at least a point in three of his last four games.

Between the pipes, New Jersey is likely to go with Martin Brodeur, who is 13-10-4 with a 2.36 goals-against average and a .905 save percentage while St. Louis will likely turn to Jaroslav Halak, who is 20-7-3 with a 2.25 GAA and a .913 save percentage.

The Blues hope to win their second in a row while the Devils look to bounce back after a tough road trip when the puck drops tonight at the Prudential Center in New Jersey.
