Nick Young Phoenix Suns Fight: Swaggy P Suspended, Still Angry With L.A. Lakers Teammates? [VIDEO]

The NBA has suspended L.A. Lakers swingman Nick Young a game without pay after his altercation with several Phoenix Suns players during the team's 121-114 Wednesday night loss, according to the L.A. Times.

Young, the Lakers leading scorer at 16.4 points a game, will sit out the Lakers game against the Celtics on Friday in Boston. The league also also Suns forward Marcus Morris has been fined $25,000 for shoving Young and teammate Alex Len was hit with a $15,000 fine for his flagrant foul on Young which led to the dustup.

The skirmish took place midway through the second quarter when Young was fouled by Len on a breakaway layup. As the players bickered back and forth, Young was ruled to have punched Suns guard Goran Dragic, drawing an automatic ejection.

Young later expressed his anger at teammates, telling reporters he was bothered by what he perceived as none of his teammates coming to his defense.

The already short-handed Lakers are in the midst of a six-game losing streak and have lost 12 of their last 13 games. Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Steve Blake, Jordan Farmar and Xavier Henry all remain sidelined by injury.
