Shaquille O'Neal Wins Court Battle Stopping 'Basketball Wives Ex' From Having Kids Star In New Reality Show' [VIDEO]

An Atlanta judge has ruled in favor of Shaquille O'Neal in his brewing battle with his ex-wife to keep their four children off her new VH1 reality show.

According to TMZ, Shaunie O'Neal claimed in court papers the NBA Hall of Fame bound center was preventing the kids they share custody of from appearing on her The Shaunie Project show out of spite stemming from his own failed reality show and later demanded that she pay him $1 million to gain his approval.

Attorneys for O'Neal denied both claims, as well as her insinuations that he had tried himself on at least three different occasions to star in his own reality show involving their children.

TMZ adds Shaunie O'Neal also hinted she needs to do the show to pays bills and such, conveniently not mentioning that she presently receives $100,000 a month in child support from O'Neal for the four children. The website adds Shaunie O'Neal also claims O'Neal only sees his kids 8-10 days a year, another contention handlers for O'Neal strongly dispute.

The judge scheduled another hearing on the matter for late last month, right away the time TMZ reports Shaunie O'Neal planned to begin filming for the project she describes as like The Cosby Show, good, wholesome, family fun."
