Bronny James strives to boost his standing as the 2024 NBA Draft draws near.
Although more than ten teams have extended invitations for workouts to the former USC Trojan, league insider Shams Charania of The Athletic says James will only agree to a select few.
One of the teams Bronny James will be working out with is the Phoenix Suns, who currently possess the 22nd pick and are contemplating selecting him.
The Suns' roster features two-time NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal.
In addition to the Suns, Bronny James will also have workouts with the Los Angeles Lakers, the team of his father, LeBron James.
For the first time, the 2024 NBA Draft will be held over two days, June 26 to 27.
The first day will feature the first round, which will be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, while the second day of the second round will be hosted at ESPN's Seaport District Studios in Manhattan.
Bronny James' potential G League future confirmed by agent
Meanwhile, James' agent, Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul, has provided insight into a potential stint by the 19-year-old in the NBA G League.
In an interview by Chris B. Haynes of Bleacher Report, Paul was questioned if he would not allow James to be signed on a two-way contract, which permits a player to move between the NBA and the developmental league.
"Yes, that's absolutely true. Teams know that. I'm not doing that," the 42-year-old agent said.
