Deion Sanders' son Shedeur is making quite a buzz on the internet after releasing his first hip-hop song, "Perfect Timing," which was first teased last summer.
Shedeur continues to hog the spotlight as he prepares for the 2025 NFL draft, where he is expected to be selected in the first round.
In the song, Shedeur flexed his achievements, including his luxury cars, and provided a brief overview of what he could do in the future.
It was released a week after he and his father were criticized for their social media activities, specifically for responding to an X user's claim that his son is "not cold" for his football record.
Deion Sanders' coaching style with the Colorado Buffaloes football team is known for developing skills through rigid discipline and perseverance.
This is something that he applies, too, with his children, although with a twist.
The Sanders children entered the public spotlight after their father's statement about how he ranks his children.
"I'm the only one that's honest about ranking my kids. You guys act like you love all of them the same and you don't," he said back in September last year.
"I don't know why y'all act like that."
He even takes the conversation further from time to time as he publishes his ranking of his children on Instagram.
Right now, Shedeur is the more well-known Sanders seed, but don't be too surprised if another one sprouts up and becomes a headliner in the future because they all have the potential to create a name for themselves.
Shedeur is not No. 1 based on Deion's latest ranking.
Here are Deion Sanders' children and what they do in life:
1. Deiondra Sanders, 32
Deiondra is Deion's firstborn with Carolyn Chambers.
She has been in the spotlight since birth, with her father being a legit celebrity.
She eventually became accustomed to her dad's public persona as he appeared on the reality show featuring their family, Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love.
She and her four other siblings also appeared in Deion's Family Playbook, which ran from 2014 to 2015.
Deiondra also works in the sports industry as part of Sc3 Sports Management. She recognizes her father's role in her current status.
"I do like that my dad's legacy gets me in the door," she admitted on The Reflections Show. "But I always say, I, myself and my hard work is what keeps me there ... people are starting to come up to me and know me for, that I work with athletes."
2. Deion Sanders Jr., 30
Junior once played for the Southern Methodist University in Texas for three seasons.
From there, he transitioned to the fashion industry by creating Wall Off in 2016. He said that this venture is another way of expressing himself besides sports.
"I had to find another way to 'ball' without sports," he said. "I had to find another way to be creative and express myself. I had to find something else that I loved doing and that I could put my time into."
3. Shilo Sanders, 24
Shilo is Deion's first child with his second wife. He played for the University of South Carolina for two years before joining his father at Jackson State University.
When the older Sanders took the job in Colorado, he followed him there alongside Shedeur.
While football is their first love, Shilo insists they want to be multi-dimensional. He once appeared in a fashion show for his older brother's husband.
4. Shedeur, 22
The fourth Sanders kid is in the public arena more than the others, mostly because of his football career.
He thinks playing with his brother for their father in one program is a dream come true.
Shedeur became the first-ever player from a historically black college to receive a brand deal from Gatorade.
He also endorses Beats by Dr. Dre and Tom Brady's clothing apparel BRADY.
5. Shelomi Sanders, 20
While his big brothers are football players, Shelomi deviates as she is currently a basketball varsity for Jackson State.
"I'm so PROUD of u baby girl @shelomisanders," Deion Sr. wrote on Instagram to congratulate Shelomi for her first-ever made basket at the college level.
