The attorney for the woman whose rape allegations against Florida State star quarterback Jameis Winston were dismissed by prosecutors now claims investigators never even tested her client's blood for potential date rape drugs.
According to TMZ, Patricia Carroll also claims teammate Chris Casher broke the law by first videotaping the sex act between Jamison and her client with his cellphone, then by discarding of the footage before police could view it.
In her first public interview since lead prosecutor Willie Meggs announced Winston would not be criminally charged, Carroll also maintained that investigators both bungled the case and purposely sabotaged her client in the media.
Among her most explosive charges was that investigators failed to interview key witnesses and never released proper medical records to the media which proved she suffered several injuries during the attack, including injuries that caused pain in her lower back, a foot injury and sore muscles.
Carroll told TMZ she now wants the Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to launch an investigation into the Tallahassee state attorney and police department.
Winston is widely expected to walk away as the 2013-14 Heisman Trophy Award winner in voting slated to be unveiled this weekend. The top-ranked and unbeaten Seminoles are also preparing to face Auburn in the BCS national title game.
