Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross was arrested for an alleged felony criminal damage totaling more than $25,000 on Monday, October 23, in suburban Kansas City.

As per the Johnson County Sheriff's Office report, the 23-year-old was officially booked into the Johnson County Jail on Monday afternoon following his arrest in Shawnee, Kansas.

Notably, no bond has been set at this time, and the Johnson County sheriff's website listed a court date for Tuesday in connection with the case.

The Chiefs acknowledged they are aware of the situation but have chosen not to provide any additional comments at this time, according to reporter Adam Teicher of ESPN.

In addition to any potential legal consequences, Ross may be subject to possible sanctions under the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy.

The arrest comes one day after the team pulled off a 31-17 victory against the Los Angeles Chargers at the Arrowhead Stadium during their Sunday Night Football showdown to improve to 6-1 for the season, first place in AFC West.
