Being a quarterback comes with immense pressure to deliver night in and night out. The pressure is even greater if you are a rookie trying to leave a mark in the league.
Good thing for Houston Texans' CJ Stroud; he has people around him who advised him on how to handle his role as a rookie.
The 22-year-old rookie, picked second overall in the 2023 draft, already shows signs of greatness. He recorded six touchdowns with no interception to lead the Texans to a two-game winning streak.
Stroud revealed that he had moments with several top-tier quarterbacks and legendary sports personalities after he attended the White Party. Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow, NFL legend Tom Brady, Michael Vick, and NBA superstar Kevin Durant are among them.

"Really, the whole time I was hanging with Joe Burrow," he said while guesting at the Pat McAfee show.
"He gave me a lot of great feedback, a lot of great advice. For him being a former Buckeye and going to LSU to being the first pick in the draft, he understands right where I'm at right now."
Meeting his idol, Michael Vick
Another meeting Stroud savors from the White Party is his meeting with Michael Vick.
"I got to talk to Michael Vick who was my idol, my hero growing up."
"Maybe he was my favorite player in any sport. Other than Kobe [Bryant] and Kevin Durant. So, talking to him, he had a lot of great advice for me."
Stroud also went on to say he was able to talk to legend quarterback Tom Brady, who owns a long list of NFL records, including most Super Bowl wins and most Super Bowl appearances.
Stroud and the Texans will return to action for Week 5 by visiting the Atlanta Braves.
