Team USA may have the greatest collection of players again for the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

After a disappointing fourth-place finish in the 2023 FIBA World Cup, several of the best American players are determined to help the United States achieve redemption.

Three-time Olympic gold medalist and Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant is among the first to commit to next year's team in Paris, confirming his participation in the event during the Suns' media day on Monday, October 2.

"I will play in the Olympics next year," the all-time leading scorer of Team USA said.

Meanwhile, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry said that winning an Olympic gold medal is one of the last things left to do in his career.

"I want to be playing. It's the one thing I haven't done ... I definitely want to be there. I want to be on the team," the 35-year-old said.

Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum has also expressed his intention to participate in the Olympics, per journalist Jeff Goodman of The Messenger.

Shams Charania and Joe Vardon of The Athletic reported last month that Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is prepared to commit for 2024, and has started recruiting fellow NBA stars to join onboard. He reiterated this during the Lakers media day.
