Aaron Rodgers of the New York Jets may be injured, but the 39-year-old knows he can still help when his team faces the Kansas City Chiefs.

With his crutches in hand, the four-time NFL MVP was spotted on a cart at the MetLife Stadium. Although he will not be in uniform, his presence is a welcome development for the Jets, who have been struggling since he was forced out due to an injury.

Aaron Rodgers' presence also somehow evens the odds as far as star power is concerned. Most are aware that American pop icon Taylor Swift will be in attendance to root for rumored fling Travis Kelce.

The 33-year-old was spotted at the team hotel alongside Kelce on Saturday, September 30, the New York Post reported.

Rodgers to guide Zach Wilson

However, Rodgers' presence is believed to be more on helping Zach Wilson. The 24-year-old quarterback has been drawing heavy criticism for failing to fill the big shoes left by Rodgers, who is doubtful to return this NFL season.

With the presence of the Super Bowl XLV champion, Wilson gets much-needed guidance for the Jets, who have lost back-to-back games.

It will also be a chance for Rodgers, Wilson, and the Jets to prove Joe Namath wrong. The NFL great did not mince words when he blasted Wilson last week, irked at the efforts of Wilson and the Jets so far this season, ESPN reported.

"I wouldn't keep him. I've seen enough of Zach Wilson," the NFL Hall of Famer rued when he spoke on The Michael Kay Show.
