Olivia Dunne and Paul Skenes, the power couple from the Louisiana State University (LSU), have officially confirmed their relationship by posting a photo together on social media platform Instagram.

Skenes was the one who uploaded the photo with the caption, "Back in the boot!"

The two watched a football game of the LSU Tigers on Saturday, September 23, wherein LSU won against Arkansas, 34-31.

Skenes played college baseball for LSU from 2022 to 2023, leading the Tigers to the College World Series last season.

The Pittsburgh Pirates selected the pitcher with the first overall pick in the 2023 Major League Baseball (MLB) draft.

Meanwhile, Dunne is a member of the university's gymnastics team and is currently in her senior and final year.

Skenes confirmed the relationship last month

The photo uploaded recently was the first time they were spotted together in public, but the 21-year-old baseball player confirmed their relationship last month and shared the intriguing story of how they got together.

It all started when his best friend at LSU was dating Dunne's roommate, creating an unexpected connection.

Skenes described it as "just a small world type of thing."

Meanwhile, Dunne fueled the dating rumors with a series of social media posts.

The 20-year-old gymnast once posted a mirror selfie on her Instagram story wearing a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball cap, and she has been spotted in several of Skenes' minor league games.
