Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar Jr. revealed why he is currently in Miami to support his friend Jimmy Butler and the Heat in the NBA Finals.
The Brazilian said in an interview that Butler invited him to watch a game when they were able to qualify for the postseason last April. Neymar answered that he would attend if the Heat made the Finals.
Flying to Miami and watching the Finals was initially off the football star's plan, as he is currently rehabilitating from a right ankle injury that has kept him out of football action since March.
However, when the Heat kept winning, Butler texted his friend during the Eastern Conference Finals, saying he was waiting for the PSG forward.
Neymar also mentioned that Butler was unhappy after the result of Game 3, but he told the Heat star that the series is not yet over and that he trusts him. He also believes that Butler will have a great Game 4.

A day before Game 3, Neymar was seen shooting hoops alongside Butler during practice at the Kaseya Center court. The Brazilian made a couple of shots on the free throw line with Butler.
Neymar was in attendance during the Heat's Game 3 loss last Wednesday, where he nearly got dived on by Max Strus while chasing a loose ball.
Neymar was spotted again at the Kaseya Center for Game 4 two days later, alongside Real Madrid star and fellow Brazilian Vinicius Jr.
