LeBron James Is Top 5 in Both Points and Assists

During the 2022-23 season, LeBron averaged 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 6.8 assists per game and was named Western Conference Player of the Week twice. He also led the league in fast break points per game at the age of 38.

The All-NBA teams are voted on by broadcasters and journalists who select 15 players with positional restrictions to make up the three teams.

James currently ranks fourth on the all-time assists leaderboard and ninth in all-time steals. He is also the all-time leader in 20-point games. The Lakers superstar is the only player in NBA history to rank in the top five in both points and assists.

The Lakers, led by James, are currently competing against their cross-state rivals Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Semifinals. The Lakers hold a 3-2 series lead and have the opportunity to eliminate the defending champions and advance to the Western Conference Finals for the second time in James' tenure with the team.

Meanwhile, Warriors star Stephen Curry was selected to the All-NBA Second Team.
