NFL News: Tom Brady Baffled After David Blaine Pulls of Crazy Stunt

Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is having one of the best offseason of his career after winning his fifth Super Bowl title in February. One of the ways he is celebrating his greatest accomplishment is by inviting magician, illusionist and endurance artist David Blaine into his home.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Tom Brady revealed that the famed magician was at his home for a lovely dinner. Brady fed his guest with a broken piece of glass and it baffled the greatest quarterback of all-time.

Brady's lovely wife, Gisele Bundchen, jokingly offered David Blaine a banana while he was chewing the glass like it was a tasty fried chicken leg. Tom Brady, Gisele and Blaine were joined by Brazilian TV host Luciano Huck, per Boston.com.

It should be noted that glass is not part of Tom Brady's diet that includes 80 percent of vegetables and 20 percent of other things that include beans brown rice, millet, quinoa, grass-fed organic chicken, duck, steak and wild salmon. Brady also does not eat anything with sugar, caffeine, dairy products, olive oil, white flour, iodized salt, eggplants, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes, per CBS Sports.

Tom Brady is also not the first athlete David Blaine has baffled with his magic tricks. Blaine recently freaked out Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Jimmy Butler of the Chicago Bulls by spitting out live frogs. Yes, live frogs came out of his mouth because they live in his stomach.

Other athletes that have been under the spell of Blaine include the Dallas Cowboys and New York Knicks back in his early days. On the other hand, Tom Brady won't be including glass into his diet anytime soon since he has a big task ahead of next season.

The Patriots have restocked and reloaded this offseason as Bill Belichick and Tom Brady prepares to achieve the perfect season next year. The duo almost did it in 2007 but the New York Giants, one of Blaine's hometown team.
